Warranty Coverage

At MiniSawPro, every product is engineered to perform — and every purchase is protected. All MiniSawPro tools are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

What Is Covered

MiniSawPro quality inspection and manufacturing standards

Our warranty covers the following defects when the product is used as intended:

  • Manufacturing defects in the motor, housing, or mechanical components
  • Faulty or substandard materials that affect product function
  • Functional failures under normal residential use

If your product qualifies, we will — at our discretion — repair, replace, or refund your purchase.

What Is Not Covered

To maintain fairness and clarity, the following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper operation
  • Normal wear and tear, including chain wear and battery capacity degradation over time
  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts
  • Use in commercial, rental, or industrial environments

How to File a Warranty Claim

Filing a claim is simple and straightforward. Follow these three steps:

Email us at support@minisawpro.com with a brief description of the issue.

Step 02

Provide Your Order Details

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.

Step 03

Share Photos or Video

Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or issue. This helps us assess and resolve your case as efficiently as possible.

Our team will review your submission and respond with a resolution within 24–48 hours.

Replacement & Repair

Depending on the nature of the issue, our resolution may include:

  • Dispatch of replacement parts (e.g. chain, battery, guard)
  • Full product replacement at no additional cost
  • Remote troubleshooting and technical guidance

We are committed to making the resolution process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Warranty Period & Shipping Costs

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Regarding return shipping costs:

  • Covered defect: MiniSawPro will bear all shipping costs for the replacement or return.
  • Non-covered issue: The customer may be responsible for applicable shipping fees.

Returns & Refunds

For non-defective returns, please refer to our Return Policy. We offer a 30-day return window for eligible orders from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
