Safety First
Your safety is our priority. Before every use, ensure the following precautions are observed:
- Always wear protective gloves when operating the tool
- Keep hands and body clear of the cutting chain at all times
- Never operate in wet or slippery conditions
- Keep out of reach of children and untrained individuals
- Power off and remove the battery when the tool is not in use
⚠️ Warning: Never operate a damaged or malfunctioning tool. Discontinue use immediately and contact support.

How to Operate
Step 01
Install the Battery
Align the battery with the port and press firmly until you hear a click. Ensure it is fully seated before powering on.
Step 02
Power On
Press and hold the safety lock button, then squeeze the trigger to activate the motor. The tool will begin running immediately.
Step 03
Begin Cutting
- Grip the tool firmly with one hand for full control
- Position the chain against the material at the desired cut point
- Apply gentle, consistent pressure — let the chain do the work
Step 04
Power Off
Release the trigger to stop the motor. Once the chain has fully stopped, remove the battery for safe storage.

Charging
- Use only the original MiniSawPro charger to avoid damage
- Full charge time: approximately 2–3 hours
- Do not leave the battery charging unattended overnight
- Unplug immediately once charging is complete

Maintenance & Care
Regular maintenance extends the life of your tool and ensures consistent cutting performance:
- Wipe down the tool body after each use to remove debris and sawdust
- Apply chain lubricant regularly to maintain smooth, efficient cutting
- Inspect and adjust chain tension before each session
- Store in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight

Chain Replacement
- Power off the tool and remove the battery completely
- Use the included screwdriver to loosen and remove the side cover
- Carefully remove the worn chain and install the spare
- Reinstall the cover and tighten securely — verify chain tension before use

Troubleshooting
Tool does not start
- Verify the battery is fully inserted and locked
- Charge the battery and retry
Reduced cutting performance
- Inspect chain sharpness — replace if worn
- Recharge the battery to full capacity
Chain feels loose
- Adjust chain tension using the provided tool kit

Storage
- Store in a dry, ventilated space — avoid damp or humid environments
- Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures
- Remove the battery if the tool will not be used for an extended period
