The STIHL RM 448 T petrol lawn mower is a powerful and easy-to-handle single-speed, self-propelled mower designed for homeowners maintaining medium-sized lawns. As part of STIHL’s advanced 4 Series petrol mower range, it combines lightweight construction with robust performance and versatile mowing options.

At the heart of the RM 448 T is a highly durable double-layer polymer deck. This rugged housing is lightweight, rust-proof, UV resistant and petrol resistant, offering long-lasting durability without unnecessary weight. With a 46cm (18") cutting width, the mower delivers an excellent balance of efficient coverage and easy manoeuvrability.

Power is provided by the dependable STIHL EVC 200 C petrol engine, featuring an easy-start system for reliable starting with minimal effort. The single-speed wheel drive makes mowing far less strenuous, especially on slopes or larger open areas. On a full tank of fuel, the RM 448 T can mow lawns of up to 1200 m².

Cutting height adjustment is simple and precise thanks to the central single-point height adjustment, with settings from 20mm to 100mm. A clear scale shows the selected height, allowing you to adapt easily to different grass lengths and seasonal conditions.

The RM 448 T features a flexible 4-in-1 mowing system, giving you complete control over how you manage clippings. You can collect grass, cut and drop, use the integrated side discharge, or mulch using the supplied multi-blade and mulching attachment. Mulching finely chops grass clippings and redistributes them into the turf, helping to fertilise your lawn naturally.

Comfort and convenience are enhanced by the mono-handlebar design, which allows unobstructed access to the 52-litre grass catcher box. The catcher includes a fill-level indicator and folding mechanism for quick, clean emptying. The handlebar is height adjustable, foldable for compact storage, and finished with a super-soft ergonomic grip to absorb vibrations during mowing. The mono-handlebar is also covered by a 10-year domestic warranty.
